Winkle Metal Truck Canopies and Tents are designed and manufactured to withstand the harshest conditions for many years.
Our canopies are designed down to the finest detail with 3D modeling programs specific to the vehicle.
All the canopies are simulated on digital environment and all moving parts are tested.
After the design process, stainless steel sheets are cut with laser, bent with CNC press brake bending and welded with the laser welding in accordance with the stainless steel criteria and coated with polyurea protective coating.
Polyurea protective coating is a coating technology that provides protection far above standard car paints or static paints with stronger adhesiveness to the sheet surface, resistance to scratching and dirt retention, as well as easy repair processes.
In addition, thanks to entire interior and exterior coating, extra insulation is provided without the need for additional insulation material. All accessories such as locks, hinges, glass, wicks, etc. are carefully selected to withstand all types of conditions. Metal canopies are resistant to harsh weather conditions and are waterproof.
